General Questions:

The Vendco Vending program comes at no cost to our clients.

Yes, we definitely can! Vendco covers the entire continental United States.

First, you need to sign up with Vendco. Once you sign up, a Vendco representative will visit your location and complete a survey for your machine(s). Once a vending machine is installed, you will have a regular route driver who will come and stock your machine. 

Vendco offers new state-of-the-art machines in a variety of different sizes and types that will fit most locations. If you know the size restrictions of your location, please let us know when you contact us so we can find the one that works best in your location. 

We serve many different industries and are able to tailor a program for your location. We have done this in the past for apartments, offices, shopping centers, retail locations, hospitals, schools, government and non-profit organizations. 

The frequency of your vending machine refills are determined by the usage at your location. 

The client is not responsible for damage to machines. Vendco will service all damage to the machines. If vandalism occurs and you need a service visit, fill out our Service Request Form and indicate the type of damage. If vandalism frequently occurs, we will place protective equipment around the machine(s) to deter it.

Vendco has a 24-hour response policy to service calls and refunds, minimizing downtime through our toll free service phone number – (866) 728-8363. We also have our Service Request Form if you would prefer to submit that form electronically.

Vendco will be responsible for refunds. If refunds are needed, please contact us at (866) 728-8363 or fill out our Service Request Form if you would prefer to submit that form electronically.

Our drivers refill all machines on a regular basis. If you find a particular item or flavor running out, we will make adjustments in the selection or adjust your refill schedule.
